Access
1. Leave the Ocean Terminal building
Exit the cruise terminal on the landward side and follow the signposted pedestrian route away from the quayside.
2. Follow the Esplanade path
Turn left along the level waterfront walkway. The route is fully paved, step-free and lit at night — easy with luggage.
3. Cross at the marked crossing
After roughly 200 metres use the marked pedestrian crossing towards the town side of the road.
4. Arrive at the car park
The multi-storey entrance is directly ahead. Pedestrian access is beside the ANPR vehicle barrier and is covered by CCTV.
First time parking with us?
No ticket needed
Entry and exit are automatic. Your booked registration is your ticket — keep the plate clean and readable.
Height limit 2.1 m
Vehicles over 2.1 metres cannot use the decks. Book an oversized bay if you're in a large van or roof-boxed car.
Arrive 30 minutes early
On cruise days allow half an hour before check-in opens so you can park, unload and walk over comfortably.
Note your deck
Photograph the level marker by the stairwell — decks look alike after a fortnight away.
