How we keep your vehicle secure

ANPR access control
Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras read your registration on arrival and exit. The barrier opens automatically for active bookings, so there are no tickets to lose and no queues at the gate.
Full CCTV coverage
Our camera network covers every vehicle deck, all pedestrian walkways, entry and exit lanes, lifts, stairwells, and the external perimeter. There are no blind spots between your vehicle and the terminal walkway.
Bright LED lighting
Every level is lit by energy-efficient LED lighting. Decks, walkways, lifts, and stairwells are kept bright day and night, making the facility feel safe and easy to navigate.
24-hour on-site security
Security staff are on site around the clock with regular patrols of all levels. The team can also open barriers manually, verify bookings, and respond to incidents immediately.
Secure, multi-storey building
The facility is a purpose-built, 200-space multi-storey car park with controlled entry and exit points, covered bays, and clear signage throughout.
Intercom support at every gate
If you ever need help at entry or exit, press the intercom button on the column to speak directly with our on-site security team, 24 hours a day.

Our camera network is monitored live by on-site security staff 24 hours a day. Every camera records continuously, so footage is available if it is ever needed for incident review.
